Venue
The School will take place in the Aula de Teleensenyament (Room 103) on the 1st floor of the Escola Tècnica Superior d’Enginyeria de Telecomunicació de Barcelona (Telecos-ETSETB) in the UPC Campus Nord.
Poster Session
The Poster Session will take place in the Museum (Museu de l’Escola de Telecomunicació) on the -1 floor of the same building as the School room. The Museum can be accessed from the square (Plaça Telecos).
Important Notice: Printing of Posters is not possible in the School Venue. Poster Presenters may choose to bring the poster with them on the plane. Another possibility is to arrange the printing by themselves in this place nearby the School Venue, by dropping a line beforehand in order to have the poster before the start of the School.
Posters may be printed with maximum A0 dimensions and vertical layout.
Lunches
Lunches have been organized at the Unity Restaurant by Sodexo in the B4 building above the Plaça Telecos on the opposite side with respect to the School Venue. The restaurant entrance can be found on the left after the stairs just close to the entrance of the Department of Physics.
The price per person is 13,50 € (to be paid once at the restaurant). Dietary restrictions will be considered.

We suggest booking at the Hotel Acta City47 4*, where the speakers will be lodged, and where we have been given a promotional code: ACTA15 with which you can enjoy from 10% to 20% discount (depending on the chosen rate).
The discount only applies to reservations on the Hotel Webpage (not by phone or e-mail) for accommodation (with or without breakfast). It does not apply to restaurant services, parking, etc…
The same discount code may also be used in all other Acta Hotels in downtown Barcelona.
Otherwise, there are plenty of options for reasonably priced lodging in Barcelona. It is advisable to book well in advance, because it is a popular holiday destination, and good hotels fill up quickly.

Social Dinner on Thur 17 Nov at 20h will take place nearby the sea.
